Junkers for Jobs - HOW IT WORKS

Donate an old car to Vehicles for Change. You will receive valuable coupons and a great tax deduction, rid yourself of that old, rusted, eye sore, your community will get cleaner and the world will get greener. VFC will generate valuable funds necessary to repair other cars for low income families.

If you are a resident of Baltimore County or City and donate a car between October 1 and October 31, 2009 you will receive the following:

Gift Certificates

$25 - Precision Tune Auto Care – good for $25 off any repair completed at a Precision Tune Auto Care garage in the Baltimore area. Visit www. /www.precisiontune.com for locations

$25 - Giant Food – good for $25 off any purchase at a Giant Food grocery store (limited to the first 50 car donations)

Free - Pizza Hut Pizza – good at Baltimore County locations only.

Bonus!!!  Drive your car into any Precision Tune Auto Care garage and you will receive an additional
 $125 Precision Tune Auto Care gift certificate!!!

Great tax deduction:
You will be able to deduct the greater amount of either the selling price of your car (older cars in poor condition will be sold) or the fair market value up to $500.

If your car is sold for more than $500 you will be able to deduct the selling price.

If your car is in good enough condition to be awarded to a low income family you will be able to deduct the Fair Market Value!

Note: You must reduce your deduction by the value of the coupons received.   

Vehicles for Change will use 100% of the proceeds from the cars that are sold to prepare other vehicles that will be awarded to low income families.
