Full Circle Auto Training prepares individuals ready for a fresh start: Career Changers, those facing economic hardship, and many with barriers to employment, including justice- impacted citizens. Participants are often referred through workforce programs, correctional systems, and community organizations.

Our Program’s Approach
Training combines classroom instruction, hands-on shop work, and virtual reality simulation. Over a 12-week program, participants work on real vehicles under certified mechanics while reinforcing skills through immersive training tools.

By working on real vehicles and preparing for industry-recognized ASE certifications, students build the confidence, technical expertise, and job readiness needed to launch successful automotive careers.
Maintenance & Repair Skills
Develop hands-on experience across core systems: brakes, oil changes, suspension, and more. Gain the practical ability to perform essential repairs with confidence.
Tools & Real Shop Experience
Train on real vehicles using professional tools in a live shop environment. Build familiarity with workflows, equipment, and day-to-day technician responsibilities.
