More than 10 million households in predominantly rural counties do not have access to a vehicle. Rural Americans without transportation face barriers such as access to employment, fresh food to serve their families, access to doctor’s appointments and healthcare and most importantly, maintain a connection with their family and friends.
You can still help VFC increase our impact in the community by providing donated cars to deserving families, increasing workforce training opportunities, and opening employment opportunities to formerly incarcerated men and women.
