How to Support Vehicles for Change

Donating a car is just one way you can support Vehicles for Change’s mission and help change the life of a low-income family.

Donate funds. Your tax-deductible financial contribution will help us refurbish vehicles for worthy families.

Become a business partner. As a VFC partner, your business or employer will demonstrate its commitment to the community while helping low-income families become self-sufficient. Please contact us at info@vehiclesforchange.org if your business would like to get involved.

Become a nonprofit partner. Schools and charities can raise thousands of dollars for their own causes while supporting Vehicles for Change.

To make an offline donation toward this cause, follow these steps:

1. 1. Write a check payable to “Vehicles for Change”
   2. On the memo line of the check, indicate that the donation is for “Vehicles for Change”

Vehicles For Change and Precision, which owns and operates 26 Precision Tune Auto Care centers, received the MassMutual Citizenship Award for the most productive private-public partnership.

Here are some ways to help as a Business Partner:

• Tell customers and employees how their car donation to VFC can earn them the best possible tax
  deduction. We can provide an article for your newsletter or website.
• Display flyers or counter cards. We can supply them.
• Make VFC the beneficiary of a raffle, golf tournament or other activity.
• Allow us to bring our staffed information table to your workplace or meeting site.
• Invite us to speak at an event.
• If you’re in the auto business, provide in-kind or discounted services.
• Make a financial contribution to offset the cost of vehicle repairs.
• Introduce us to a potential partner.
