“I was pleasantly surprised with how nice your personnel were at each step of the process.  From my initial “how does this work” discussion with Kim, until I was contacted from the driver of your pickup vehicle, everyone was courteous and very patient.  It’s nice to work with an organization that understands what “good customer relations” really means!  My hat is off to you and your staff at processing the paperwork so quickly, and making sure that I knew how to handle the license plate turn-in and insurance notification.
