Achieving Independence

Counting on others can be an unreliable form of transportation when schedules don’t align. Stephanie Pratt, a mother of three, no longer needs to depend on friends or family for her daily commute to work as a bus driver and assisted living staff member. With a car, she is now able to achieve more independence.
Vehicles for Change has provided Pratt with the opportunity to improve both her work and family life.

“It’s relieving to not have to rely on others in order to make it to my jobs. I’m also looking forward to being able to spend more time with my family.”
