Roadside Assistance Provided by TechNet

Flat tire, lost keys, or need a tow? At Full Circle Auto Repair & Training Center in Halethorpe, MD, and Baltimore, MD, we have made it easy for you to receive help from the Roadside Assistance Program.

As a TechNet Professional Automotive Service partner, we offer a roadside assistance reimbursement with your service. All you need to do is make a purchase of $25 or more, and you’re covered for 12 months!

Program Coverage

Free Roadside Assistance for 6 months with any purchase at Full Circle Auto Repair & Training Center
The Program benefits are limited to the reimbursement of two (2) qualifying roadside assistance incidents within 365 days for each vehicle covered. The maximum reimbursement amount is seventy-five ($75.00) dollars per eligible incident.

How to Secure Reimbursement

For reimbursement, all you need to do is submit your receipt for vehicle service for at least $25 and the roadside service provider’s original receipt to a TechNet Warranty Administrator. You can do this by completing TechNet’s Reimbursement Request Form.

The Reimbursement Process

You will need to complete a Claim Form and submit it along with the roadside service receipt and receipt for vehicle service via fax to 866-924-3668, or email to mechclaims@sonsio.com, or postal mail to TechNet Customer Care, P.O. Box 17659, Golden, CO 80402.
Reimbursement will be mailed within 10 to 14 days. Customers receive up to $75 in reimbursement. They may submit claims up to two occurrences within 365 days.
